It is not to be considered a recommendation that a particular dentist be consulted for professional care. All dentists listed in this directory have completed Delta Dental's fraud, waste and abuse, compliance, and cultural competency training.
In order for services to be covered, Medicaid members and Healthy Michigan Plan members enrolled with Delta Dental must receive treatment from a dentist that participates in Delta Dental's Healthy Michigan Plan network. Treatment performed by a dentist who does not participate with Delta Dental's Healthy Michigan Plan network will not be covered.
